Uncle Pa Neville is 73y/o and continues the Authentic Pickled Onion – Recipe Tradition taught to him by his mother, Dollie. The special pickling process is unchanged for many generations. The fresh Bayleaves & Chilli (among other ingredients) are Homegrown from a mature Bay Tree planted within the local family grounds during the 1940`s.
